so I just finished my chemistry november after getting a C in june and wondering when the results will be released

I wanted to apply for early applications on universities which ends on January 15th

what should I do now?

should I apply and mention that I am waiting for the new result?

Is this a resit? Is so, put the grade you've already achieved, and add another as Pending (for your resit results).

If it's not, put your AS grade down, then your A2 as Pending.  ;)
