diba73:
hey, so I was wondering if anyone had any good resources or notes that explain Energy transformations and such. Or can anyone please explain them for me? There are a lot of questions that ask what happens when an object hits the ground, or what energy changes take place when that happens.

Thank you :)

Pharoah:
According to the principle of conservation of energy, energy can neither be created nor destroyed. It can only be transformed from one form to another. For example a car transforms the chemical energy in fuel to mechanical(kinetic) energy as it moves and some of the energy is lost as heat energy due to friction etc. Usually, questions in exams involve conversion of kinetic energy to gravitational energy and vice versa. If a ball falls from a height it's gravitational potential energy is converted to kinetic energy and so on.

hyebyekadal:
explain and use the terms digital and
analogue

-state and use the symbols for logic gates
(the American ANSI#Y 32.14 symbols will
be used)
can anyone help me out with these what are this symbols as mentioned in the syllabus?
and also ccan anyone prvide me with defs according to what they aer expecting? for digital and
analogue?
thanx in advance i think this will benifit everyone!!

astarmathsandphysics:
Digital signal - signal simply switches on and off with no inbetween
analogue - smooth and continously variable

SGVaibhav:
google logic gates and u will find many useful things from the first page itself.
all symbols and .....
