After trying much, I didn't get !
Alpha:
1) (1+tan^2 x)/ tan x = sec^2 x/ tan x
= 1/ cos^2 x * (cos x/ sin x)
= 1/ cos x sin x
Check the second part too... I think there should be a double angle somewhere.
