ok... a question
in pracs right... when they ask fr errors and improvments in, sumtimes for parallax error the improvement is simply, "see at eye level".. but sumtimes they specifically mention do not accept at eye level and instead the improvement is use a mirror

why?

no, human reaction is usually between  0.3 - 1 sec

I guess it's too late now.

But reaction time can vary depending on the experimenter. It would be in the range ashish stated though most of the time 0.2s is used.
