No specific word for hey, till the extent where i know.
How are you = Kaise/Kaisi ho?

For elders use Ap Kaise/Kaisi ho?

Well there are some who took the honors of teaching people Hindi but the thing is I don't remember a thing and I'd really appreciate it if you make a summary of what has been previously taught and EDIT the first post and place them there so that we don't get confused
