I filled that form and after-words it shows me a blank page, and no message regarding, if if the message is sent or not.
I do not contact CIE with this form. I use My e-mail ID!

Log in to your email account and check in the inbox. See of there is a confirmation e-mail from CIE.
If not, then after 10 minutes check again. Still if there is no confirmation e-mail re-send the email using YOUR WEB MAIL and NOT the form.
