what are the basic knowledge need for the A-level from IGCSE MAths?

You should know everything you studied from your IGCSEs.

Normal IGCSE Maths is pretty useless when it comes to A Level Math.

However, if you have done Add Maths then you will find the initial A Level math modules pretty easy.
