Hmm.........by the way are the Admins the only ones who have a say in the election of Global Moderators?

I suggest that the board chooses the 10 best applicants and then allow all members to have their say from a poll or something likewise.

NOTE : This is just a suggestion. If you don't feel it's appropriate, just reject it ( No harm  ;) )
