3(x + 1) >= 5 -x
3x+3 >= 5-x
3x+x >= 5-3
4x >= 2
x >= 0.5

this is ur question Solve
the inequality 3(x + 1) >= 5 -x
first expand the brackets
3x+3 >= 5-x
Put x in one side and the numbers in the other side and flip the sign
3x+x>=5-3
4x>=2
x>=2/4
x>=0.5

Which means that x is bigger or equal to 0.5 ;D

16) a. 2x4 * 5x
= 10x5
     b. x2/x0.5
=x1.5
     c. ----
=(2x0.5)6
=(2x)3
=8x3
