Honestly, if we go by the stereotype that blondes are ditsy and stupid, then yes, they do have more fun. Because they don't need to think as much, plan as much, worry as much. So yes.

If you don't go by the stereotype, just accept that the blonde hair color is prevalent in the most developed parts of the world only. The most developed countries' citizens = most depicted on TV = most fanciful demonstrations available.
