EXCRETION AND THE KIDNEYS... BIOLOGY IGCSE.. urgent help!!

ok so u guys.. im not quick at understanding nor studying.. so can someone tell me about excretion and the kidneys?? maybe simple words or whatever :) im trying to study a little be4 school starts :) i understand best with videos.. youtube is a good source :D.. thanks
im doing my second year of IGCSE
anything you know.. if u have notes that would be good just anything THANKS! ;D
