Help me New iPod

Okay i srsly wanna upload surah alkahf and perhaps also the whole Qurann into my ipod *it's the ones that fully works with the iTunes thing * ...anyways i've been tryin to download ones from the site *www.tvquran.com* and it won't just do it ,and i need it + idk if my iPod will accept t as MP3 thing

Install Firefox on to your computer
Install the add on for firefox from here : http://www.downloadhelper.net/
navigate to the required webpage and click on the three balls that are rotating at the top of your screen.
Select the particular file you want to download.
Once the file downloads right click the file and select properties.
Check if it is MP3.
If not use: http://download.cnet.com/Media-Converter-SA-Edition/3000-2194_4-10682993.html  to convert the files to MP3 format.
