9^1/2 = ,/9 = 3            ,/ --- > square root sign :-[
then all are 3
so we can add same number when multiply and subtract when divide so:
3^(1 + 5/2) - (2/3 + (-1/6)) so the answer comes 3^3 = 27  ;) :D
