This implies that 50 litres will be represented by 1
Therefore 10,000 litres will be represented by 1/500 * 10,000 = 200

But 200.......it's in terms of litres.

So you need to convert in terms of millilitres ---> 200 * 103( Ilitre = 103 ml)
Hence answer is 200,000ml.
